I utilize core training combined with functional strength and flexiblity as a foundation to program design. The workouts are progressively challenging to avoid adaptation and plateau. Workouts incorporate dynamic movements, core training, strength exercises, flexiblity training and cardio training. The road to any success start one step at a time, one small goal at a time and same principle applies to fitness. I believe in a complete healthy lifestye that starts from inside out. When you are in great shape, your energy level changes, your mood improves, you feel great and look great. I use different components of fitness, cardio, strength training, and flexiblity to walk you down the road to a new and healthier you, to a complete healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Background:

I have been playing sports and running track and field all of my life. I have competed at the World Junior Track and Field Championshops as well s World Cross Country Champions several times. I competed both in Track and Field adn Cross Country at one of the top programs in the country, University of Idaho where I ran Steeplechase, 1500mm,, 800 mm and relays. I coached youth track and field and cross country at YMCA in Boise for seven years and had taken a few athletes to the nationals. I have volunteered in a cardiac rehabilitation working with the post surgery heart patiens designing the workout routines. I have competed in numerous half marathons and fun running throughout the bay area and coached clients to compete in some. I have played a little bit of everthing from tennis, golf, racquetball,spinning, and kickboxing. I use my love for fitness motivate, drive and encourage as a trainer.
