Get a power workout with Kickboxing! Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, burn calories, improve your stamina, and have fun!

Kickboxing utilizes martial art techniques to form combination of punches and kicks. The class will start from basic single techniques progressing to combination drills, Bag or Muay Thai work to develop power and speed, partner drills to improve timing, reflex, and body conditioning exercises.


Sample Workout:

Warm up - jump rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing or agility drills
Stretching and flexibility exercises
Technical and combination drills
Pad work – program will progress from 1 to 3 minute rounds
Partner drills
Conditioning

Power Kickbox is taught by Cindy Hom, Owner & Personal Trainer, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kung Fu, and a certified Women's Self Defense Instructor.
