About K.O. Fit
This no contact workout integrates kickboxing, Muay Thai, Chinese Kickboxing (SanShous/Sanda) and various techniques used in Martial Arts.
Designed for people who want to get in shape and/or want an alternative to their existing workouts. It uses fun and engaging exercises taking from different martial arts to create a great motivating and high energy workout. No Martial Arts experience is required and is beginner friendly.
